The Eastern Virginia Council of Higher Degrees formed on November 2012 and is open to all Degree holders. It currently consists of 16 Lodges, 12 Chapters and 2 Moose Legion Jurisdictions.  

Dues are $10 per year, 3 years for $25 or $100 for Life Membership.
